The Earth Medicine Circle is a guided online ceremonial gathering where we meet with:
1. Your plant medicine of choice: (🌹Rose tea ☕ Cacao 🍄 Mushroom microdose 🌬️ Hapé, or anything else that calls to you!) We will connect with our medicine through a simple, intentional ritual.
2. The medicine of the White Buffalo (grounding, truth, ancestral wisdom, steadiness) through a guided shamanic visualization journey.
3. Other soul-aligned, intentional humans

The flow of the ceremony…
1. Opening the Space
We begin by arriving together… slowing the nervous system, grounding the body, & opening sacred space.
2. Medicine Connection Prayer
You’ll be guided to connect intentionally with your chosen medicine: honoring it, listening to it, and setting a clear energetic relationship before ingesting.
3. Sip & Sit
We take the medicine together and sit quietly, allowing the body settle and the energy field to shift. Allowing the medicine to speak to us.
4. Guided Shamanic Healing Journey
I guide you through a deep inner journey, through a shamanic visualization, aligned with the month’s theme.
This one opens a doorway to your ancestors and the White Buffalo – meeting them as felt presences.
You don’t have to “see” anything perfectly or be a “super visualizer.” You just have to be willing to feel.
5. Integration, Sharing, & Connection Circle
We open up discussion to share our experience, witness each other, and ground what was received.
No fixing. No coaching. Just witnessing and integration.

I’m a trained plant medicine guide & healing ceremonialist.
